The recipes for our matés have been developed internally and the ritual lot is packaged in France in a sheltered workshop to promote the social reintegration of people with disabilities.

The vast majority of the market's mate is dried over a wood fire. However, this method is known to produce PAHs, toxic substances suspected of being carcinogenic in high doses.

Wood-fired smoked mates have a much stronger, raw taste. Drying without smoke allows for a much more balanced flavor.
Our mate comes from Brazil, in the Paraná region. Before finding it, we traveled through Brazil and Argentina, the two largest producers of mate in the world, where we covered nearly 5000 km and met about ten producers. Why? To find an exceptional mate with a unique taste!
