Are shipping costs counted towards the minimum order of €50?

No. Only the value of the products is taken into account. That is to say, for a referral to be valid, the order amount must be greater than €50 excluding shipping costs. Some examples:

• Example 1 - An order of €59 is made. No shipping costs (as delivery is free for orders over €50).The referral is valid.
• Example 2 - A purchase worth €45 is made, and shipping costs of €5.90 are added. The total amount of the order is here greater than €50, but it is less than €50 when subtracting the shipping costs.The referral is not valid.
• Example 3 - A purchase worth €30 is made.The referral is not valid.

Can a referral be made without being a customer?

No. We allowed this practice. However, due to abuse, we unfortunately had to decide to put an end to it.
